In 2023, TR2050 hit several major milestones. We’re proud to have welcomed a wave of new members and scholars, injecting fresh energy into our initiative, and nurturing a thriving community. We also had two amazing Think Tank workshops in Zürich and New York, alongside a series of dynamic virtual meetings. These gatherings shaped our workstream on Reward Assumptions, highlighting their pivotal role in shaping the future of reward.
Amid a busy schedule of engaging meetings, a standout moment was our insightful panel discussion on the future of reward, featuring the expertise of our members. Concurrently, Advisory Councils were formed across three crucial geographical regions, APAC, EMEA and North America.
