When we set out in 2022, our aim was to build a global platform that could rethink, redesign, and test new approaches to total reward. We’ve made real progress because this community gives something rare: a practitioner-led R&D space with no consultant or vendor agenda. Our Community work directly with peers, academics, and innovators to test ideas, run experiments, and build evidence their organisations can use. The range of perspectives, the willingness to challenge each other, and the focus on practical testing mean we’re not exchanging theories, we’re producing solutions.
TR2050 keeps moving forward because our members shape it. Their curiosity, candid conversations, and commitment to improving reward have turned this into a community that not only discusses change but creates it.
